Recruiting for our hospitality team is completely different than any other type of staffing. Through Oasis Integrated Services, Superior has developed a recruiting and retention model that uses a modified matrix system. Candidates are pre-screened for legal status, background/drug issues prior to reviewing qualifications. Once the pre-screen is clear, qualifications are checked by an HR professional. If the candidate meets or exceeds our standards, he or she is invited to participate in a phone screen. These five engagements must be satisfied before any candidate is considered for an interview.
Once the candidate is hired and badged as a member of the Superior Team, he or she is entered into our Oasis Contact Manager categorized by Centers of Excellence. When an event call is announced, all members of a specific Superior hospitality team are called simultaneously with the date, time and dress requirements. Superior team members use our technology to respond instantly.
